We strive to stock as many items as we can, but if we do not have an item in stock, please tell us, and we will do our best to obtain it for you!

Orders must be placed by 12:30pm on a Monday, and will arrive at the shop on Tuesday after 2pm. To order an item, you can search using our stockist website; Vital. Please let us know the item code and a short description, include your contact details, and we can order the item as stated above (Depending on stock levels).

We offer a free local delivery service, for bulky or large items, for customers who can't get to our shop, or who can't carry items home. We can now deliver to the Leyland/Lostock Hall area after 6pm.

We offer a nail clipping service for your Dogs, Rabbits and Guinea Pigs. The price of this service is £5. Please phone before coming, so we can be prepared for your arrival.

We now engrave luxury Pet tags. We have over 20 designs. Prices start from £5.40. Please email for more details.
